1936

 創業者 加藤千寿夫。日本におけるダイカスト業のパイオニア 故 小野田 忠 理学工学博士の経営する金門製作所（一部上場）に入社。
その後ダイカスト部門として独立した（株）東京理化工業所に移籍、ダイカスト鋳造の技術業務に携わる。 Founder Chizuo Kato. Joined Kinmon Manufacturing (first section market), run by a pioneer of the Japanese die casting industry, the late Dr. Tadashi Onoda.
He later transferred to the new independent die casting section Tokyo Rika Kogyo Co., Ltd. and was involved in the die casting process.

1948

 終戦後、独立し（株）東京造花工芸社を設立。
造花の製造・輸出業務を行い外貨獲得の功により輸出貢献企業として日本国政府より数次に渉り表彰される。 After the war, became independent and established Tokyo Zouka Kougeisha Co., Ltd.
Due to success in bringing in foreign currency through the manufacture and export of imitation flowers, our company, as an export contributing company, received multiple awards from the Japanese government.

1961

 6月、わが国産業の重工業化・精密工業化の国策に沿い （株）東京ダイカストを設立。
同時に長野県茅野市宮川に金型製作からアルミダイカスト鋳造までの一貫生産工場を建設し、精密素形材の生産を開始する。 In June, established Tokyo Diecast Co., Ltd. in accordance with the Japanese national policy to move towards heavy and precision sokeizai.
At the same time, an integrated manufacture factory handling everything from mold production to aluminium die casting was made in Miyakawa, Chino, Nagano, and production of precision materials began.

1970

伝統的なヨーロッパデザインを活かした建築装飾金属「アルテック」を開発、ダイカストによる生産を開始。
同年10月、建築用装飾金属製品の製造販売会社 （株）アルテックを設立。 Aluteck was developed as an architectural decoration that worked with traditional European designs, and production began using die casting.
In October of the same year, Aluteck Co., Ltd. was established as a manufacturing and sales company for decorative construction metalwork products.

1979

 株式会社アルテック大阪営業所を開設。 Osaka office of Aluteck Co., Ltd. opened.

1983

高品質・高精度を要求する時代のニーズに応え、
長野県茅野市豊平に敷地 7100㎡、建物 3300平方メートルの最新鋭工場を完工。 To come through needs for an age which require high quality and precision, construction was completed on a new factory with a 3300 square meter building on 7100 square meters of land in Toyohira, Chino, Nagano.

1985

 茅野工場にダイカスト部品、建築装飾金属の為の塗装工場を増設。 A coating factory was added to the Chino factory for die cast products and architectural decoration parts.

1987

 株式会社アルテック名古屋営業所を開設。 Nagoya office of Aluteck Co., Ltd. opened.

1991

 加藤 節夫 代表取締役社長に就任。 Setsuo Kato appointed as President.

1997

 株式会社東京ダイカスト 茅野工場 ISO9002認証取得(BCJ-QS-0011) Tokyo Diecast Co., Ltd. Chino Factory ISO 9002 Certified (BCJ-QS-0011)

1999

 茅野工場敷地内にマグネシウムダイカスト鋳造工場を増設。

物流へのニーズ、納期短縮を目標とする茅野工場 湖東棟(検査、仕上加工、倉庫)
敷地1650㎡、建物990㎡を完工。 For targeting logistics needs and shortening delivery times,construction was completed on chino factory kohigashi building with a 990 square meter building on 1650 square meters of land in Kohigashi, Chino, Nagano.
